Notes:

Sandra Kirby is a former Olympic rower and now coaches at the Prairie Fire Rowing Club in addition to her work at The University of Winnipeg. Her recent sport research has been focused on sexual harassment and abuse of athletes and on hazing and initiation in sport. Her research into systemic discrimination led to the development of policies against discrimination, sexual harassment, and abuse that are currently employed by major national sport organizations today.
