Health Insurance

Depending on your student type and the length of your studies at The University of Winnipeg, you will be covered by different health insurance plans. 

For information about the coverage which applies to you, please select from the following list the student type and duration of studies which applies to you and download the appropriate Quick Reference Sheet.

1. I am an international student who is:

• Full-time
• Undergraduate or Visiting Undergraduate
  
• On a valid study permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for 6 months or more.
• Live (or plan to live) in Manitoba for at least 6 months every year

• Not an exchange student
