Dr. Andrew Knight
Professor, International Relations, University of Alberta
W. Andy Knight is Professor of International Relations at the University of Alberta. He co-edited the Journal, Global Governance, from 2000 to 2005, past Vice Chair of the Academic Council on the United Nations System, and a member of the Board of Directors of the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights. He has written and edited several books and numerous book chapters and articles on various aspects of multilateralism and UN reform. His most recent books are the second edition of the edited volume Adapting the United Nations to a Postmodern Era: Lessons Learned and a co-edited book titled Building Sustainable Peace.
