The University of Winnipeg Foundation
Planned Giving
By partnering with financial specialists and other allied professionals, a University of Winnipeg Foundation Gift Planning Officer can assist donors in making the most effective use of their charitable giving potential. Most (but not all) planned gifts are deferred gifts, such as bequests, life insurance policies, charitable remainder trusts, gifts of residual interest, etc.
Planned gifts may also include outright gifts, including major gifts
for current needs, and take the form of securities and
other gifts which may be structured and timed to limit tax on the
capital gain. For more information on Gift Planning click here.

The Legacy Circle
With lasting generosity, members of The Legacy Circle are playing an essential role in securing the future of The University of Winnipeg and investing in future generations of students through their participation in leaving a legacy gift to The University of Winnipeg Foundation.
The Legacy Circle affords an opportunity to extend warm appreciation to individuals who notify us of their thoughtful gift intentions.
