2013-2014 Fee Information

Refund of Fees

Students who withdraw from a course must follow the dates published on the Withdrawal Schedule for each term to be aware of how much credit, if any, will be applied to their account.

Students who withdraw from a course for medical reasons, or because they are moving from the province may receive partial refunds, called tuition fee credits for their fees paid.  This includes refundable portions of tuition fees and University of Winnipeg Student Association fees.

If a student pays by term, any credit received for withdrawing from a course is applied to any remaining balance owed to the University, regardless of due date or division.  Students paying fees by Award, Canada Student Loan, or by Sponsorship follow the rules and regulations of each particular area. Payments made by Credit Card will be refunded back to the Credit Card Account.
