The Faculty of Business and Economics at The University of Winnipeg integrates teaching, research and practice, in a curriculum that goes beyond the core subjects.  Our graduates understand the big picture: not just how business works, but how business impacts every area of the world and life.  We have created an environment where excellence in teaching, research and learning become part of every student's education.  Small student-to-teacher ratios mean that every student in the Faculty of Business and Economics receives quality instruction.  We believe this gives our students an advantage as they pursue their post-university careers.

Business and Administration

The Business and Administration program develops critical thinking, analytic and decision-making abilities, oral and written communication skills, and the self-confidence to effectively apply these skills.

Economics

Economics analyzes how societies provide for their well-being. The human, capital, and land resources at a society's disposal can satisfy only a limited amount of demands.

Economics & Finance

The Economics & Finance Program will provide students with the conceptual tools to understand a number of issues from modern finance theory and applications.

This innovative program is available either as a Bachelor of Arts (4 year) or a Bachelor of Business Administration (4 year) depending on the interests of the students.
