Well Being for Seniors

This course is intended to increase participants’ strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. This course will be useful to those who are relatively inactive or for those individuals who wish to improve their fitness levels.  It is a physical activity intervention program designed to reduce the deterioration that causes seniors to have increasing difficulty in performing activities of daily living such as climbing stairs and doing errands.

Thus the goal of the course is to slow the rate of deterioration by increasing a participant's strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.  This will enable seniors to improve their ability to perform activities of daily living and their overall level of fitness.

Most participants not only regained years of fitness but are now in almost all cases far more fit than they were a decade ago.
