This 12 week course will share an interesting and informative series of stories about the life and time of an 18^th century Cree woman born to the shores of Churchill River at the peak of the North American fur trade era. The course will be based on the book, “Nahoway: A Distant Voice”. Slides, maps and photos from the book will accompany the talk.
