Hours of Operation
The Division of Continuing Education Registration Office is open:
- 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday;
- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays;
- 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
- (Closed Saturdays on long weekends.)

Remembrance Day – Friday, November 11
*Offices closed on Saturday of long weekends.
Classroom Locations
Classes for Professional Studies and Community Programs are now at our new location at the Buhler Centre @ 460 Portage Avenue. (corner of Portage Avenue & Memorial Blvd)
Classes for Information Technology are now at our new location at the Buhler Centre @ 460 Portage Avenue.
Classroom locations are indicated on your Confirmation of Registration, as well as start time and dates of courses. If you have not received your Confirmation of Registration prior to the start of the first class, call 204.982.6633 for assistance in locating the classroom. As much notice as possible will be communicated to you via telephone regarding changes in course locations, times, and dates.

Loans and Grants
Student Loans and Special Opportunity Grants are available to qualifying students attending the Division of Continuing Education full-time and part-time studies. Contact a Program Coordinator at 204.982.6633 for further information.
Textbooks
The University of Winnipeg Bookstore is located at 515 Portage Ave., Main Campus. Call 204.786.9706 for Bookstore hours.
Annual Graduation Ceremony - October 15, 2011

Library
For a $10 annual fee, DCE students may access The University of Winnipeg Library. Call 204.786.9808 to make an appointment to obtain your student card. Please bring your tuition fee receipt.
Athletic Services
Continuing Education students may access the University of Winnipeg Recreation and Athletic Services for a reasonable annual fee. Membership cards are available at the Recreation and Athletic Services Facility Desk. To contact the facility desk please call 204.786.9349. Please bring your library card.
Parking
Free street parking is available after 5:30 p.m. For more information about parking near the University's main campus, log on to Parking. The Portage Place Mall and the Bay Parkades and Impark behind the Buhler Centre are also located close to the main campus (515 Portage Avenue).
Winnipeg Transit
Winnipeg Transit has a free shuttle bus called the Downtown Spirit with routes to and from The University of Winnipeg Main Campus and various other locations in the downtown area.
Wheelchair Access
The Division of Continuing Education is wheelchair accessible.
Security Van
The University of Winnipeg Mobile Security Van is available to take students to their cars or bus stops after evening classes.

Alumni Discount
University of Winnipeg and University of Winnipeg DCE Alumni are eligible for a 10% fee discount on part-time courses.
