Winnipeg Transition Centre Programs

Career and Employment Coach Certificate (CECC) Program

Content

  • The CECC is made up of 4 two-day workshops. These are: Resume Development Coach, Career Planning Coach, Job Search Coach and Interview Skills Coach
Objective
  • To develop and practice the coaching skills required to assist individuals or groups with employment transition skills
Outcome
  • Acquire resources, coaching skills, peer network contacts, recognized certification and effective solutions to dealing with difficult participants and situations.


Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills Certificate (PWFSC)

Content

  • The PWFSC is a five-day workshop. The PWFSC is based on the Behavioural Facilitation model which focuses on "Learn by Doing"
Objective
  • To understand, practice and competently demonstrate the 15 Behavioural Facilitation components required to successfully complete the PWFSC
Outcome
  • Acquire facilitation skills, resources, network contacts, recognized certification and effective solutions to dealing with  difficult participants and situations
