Custom Programs and Strategic Training Partnerships
Developing the know how of your staff is one of the most important investments a corporation or organization can make. The Division of Continuing Education provides a wide range of training, development, and partnership options to meet specific organizational objectives. The Division is able to develop or customize courses and programs to the unique requirements of your corporation or organization.
Custom Programs provide training that goes beyond existing programs to assist in meeting strategic and financial goals. We can assist you and your staff in:
- assessing your organizational goals and learning objectives
- designing program and course content
- utilizing a variety of participatory experiential learning techniques
- selecting the instructor best able to deliver your training
- delivering the training in your choice of location
- evaluating the program outcomes and planning further action
Partnership Programs may take on many forms and involve a long or short term relationship. These programs are designed to support both individual and corporate goal achievement. Some of these programs are able to combine internal company training with courses offered by the Division, which may result in a joint Certificate Program. Some of our Certificate and Diploma programs do have an articulation for transfer credit into undergraduate degree programs at the University of Winnipeg. Many UWDCE graduates have gone on to complete their degree studies which again may benefit the individual and corporate goals of organizations.
