Manitoba Competitiveness: Training & Trade may provide educational training assistance to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Are currently receiving Employment Insurance benefits.
• Have received Employment Insurance benefits in the past 36 months, and are currently unemployed.
• Have been on Maternity/Paternity leave in the past 60 months and don't have a job to return to.
• Are eligible for funding through the National Child Benefit Program.
