Organizations frequently require training programs that are tailored to meet their workforce development needs. Contract training allows us to help you to meet the strategic and financial goals of your organization. By working with you and your staff we will:

- Deliver the training in the location that best suits your needs
- Design courses and programs that will achieve your training objectives
- Evaluate the impact of the training and plan follow-up initiatives

Partnership Programs
Increasingly, businesses are forming partnerships with universities in order to meet their education and training needs. Our partnership programs can take many forms. We will assess your in-house training and you may be able to combine in-house training with courses offered by the University, resulting in a joint certificate program. Some of our certificate programs have transfer credit to the undergraduate degree programs at the University of Winnipeg. Many of the graduates of our partnership certificate programs have gone on to complete their degree studies.
