Managing and Resolving Conflict in the Workplace

Objective

• To explore common sources of conflict and examine various strategies for managing it proactively
  

Outcomes

• Understanding of underlying and manageable causes/sources of interpersonal disputes
• Ability to choose appropriate responses to and strategies for addressing workplace conflict
• Ability to dispel emotion, clarify perceptions, separate personalities from problems, listen effectively and solve problems collaboratively
