  • To explore contemporary business and social issues, identify their PR implications, and evaluate and analyze the public relations strategies and techniques employed

  • Exploration of best- and worst-case public relations practice
  • Understanding of an objectives-based approach to effective PR decision-making, issues management, and strategy development
  • Development of tactical framework for restoring trust to damaged credibility and establishing measures to avoid, mitigate or diffuse a variety of business risks
