Design, Develop, Deliver...

CTLT offers technologies that can enhance traditional face to face teaching and provide alternate (online) course delivery methods.

The CTLT is composed of 2 areas:

CITL  (Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning)

The CITL provides professional development opportunities and training related to all aspects of teaching and learning for faculty and staff members. Through presentations, lectures, workshops, and discussions, the Centre provides a forum on issues pertaining to teaching and learning (pedagogy, online learning, assessment, learning outcomes, multimedia development, new technologies, etc.).

The CITL also provides expert advice, access to equipment and technical production assistance in support of teaching and learning.

CDDL   (Centre for Distributed Distance Learning)

The CDDL supports and administers the technologies used for course enhancement and delivery.

For more information see Course Delivery.

CDDL is a member of the Campus Manitoba provincial consortium - along with University of Manitoba, Brandon University, College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface, the University College of the North, Assiniboine Community College, and Red River College.

CDDL is also involved with the University College of the North – Inter-University Services (UCN-IUS) along with the University of Manitoba and Brandon University. Both of these organizations have a mandate to offer degree programs to students primarily in the North.
