Cultural Studies Graduate Scholarships

Our History

The M.A. in Cultural Studies program was developed by the Department of English at the University of Winnipeg and approved by the Manitoba Council on Post-Secondary Education in 2007. We have been training students since September 2009. The first graduates of the program convocated in October 2010.

In Fall 2011, we implemented an exciting change in the program in cooperation with Art History. Students may now take additional courses to prepare for work as curators in art galleries and museums.
