Downtown Watch
Over 180 volunteers log over 1,000 hours a month, boosting the presence on the street and gaining valuable work experience—not to mention a shot at full-time employment, as paid ambassadors are hired from volunteers. Volunteers include students from University of Winnipeg, Winnipeg High Schools and Red River College.

CHOICES is a comprehensive youth program desinged to give youth the  tools they need to make healthy choices in their lives. The CHOICES Youth Program operates in eight schools in the Winnipeg School Division. The program targets students in grades 6 - 8.

Volunteer to help Winnipeg's children and youth in direct service or behind the scenes.

  • Help is needed in the Clubs, Office, Employment Services, Voices- Manitoba's Youth in Care Program, Special Projects, Fundraising, and Public Relations.
  • Flexible hours to fit your schedule.
  • Choose from one of 10 locations, become a virtual volunteer at home, or casual event worker at locations throughout the city.
  • You'll work in a safe, positive and fun environment with professional staff that will make you feel welcome.
