Effective January 1, 2011, University of Winnipeg faculty, staff and students are required to follow the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada "fair dealing" policy on copyrighted materials.

The Library is taking the lead in posting pertinent information about the policy. 

It is vitally important that we adhere to the fair dealing guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in substantial fines to the University for infringement of copyrights.
