Convocation

Name Cards

A 3” by 5” card with your name printed on it will be mailed to you by June 1st. You must bring this card with you to Convocation. You will need it to pick-up your cap and gown, register with the photographer and line-up in the academic procession. During the ceremony, you will present the card to the Registrar before you cross the stage. He will use it to announce your name as you receive your degree.

If you have not received you Procession (Name) Card, please contact Carol MacKay, 786-9745 to make arrangements to pick up the card from the University prior to the Convocation.
