Guest Seating

Seats at each ceremony will be assigned on a first-come basis. The doors to Duckworth Centre open one hour before each ceremony begins. Tickets are not required for admission. Please note that Convocation will be webcast live, so individuals who are unable to attend can view the proceedings online at www.uwinnipeg.tv.

Guests with special needs who require special seating should speak to the ushers when they arrive and they will be seated appropriately. Please note that the University does not provide wheelchairs.

Guests are asked to take their seats in the gymnasium no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will be asked to wait until the academic procession has ended before entering the gymnasium.

Each ceremony is approximately two and a half hours in length. Bringing small children is not recommended.
