Information for Faculty and Retired Faculty

Faculty and retired faculty are invited to join their colleagues in the academic processions for Spring Convocation.
You must order your Academic Dress On-Line through Gaspard & Sons.
For all the information you need to order your Academic Dress, please click Here.
(Please note that the Events department will receive this information from Gaspard & Sons and reserve your faculty seats).
For those who have their own regalia, please go through the Gaspard & Sons link to confirm your attendance. This confirmation will be recorded and sent to the Events department as well.
The deadline for ordering is Wednesday, May 20, 2013.
Please note that those who are part of the platform party are being sent a separate invitation and reply card through the internal mail.
Thursday, June 6th
The morning ceremony for Arts begins at 9:30 a.m. The academic procession for the morning ceremony will assemble at 9:00 a.m. in the Auxiliary Gym on the basement level of Duckworth Centre.
The afternoon ceremony for Science and Business & Economics begins at 2:30 p.m. The academic procession for the afternoon ceremony will assemble at 2:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gym on the basement level of Duckworth Centre.
If regalia is being rented for you, it will be available in the Auxiliary Gym. As usual, marshals will lead the procession into the gymnasium where Faculty will be seated in the front rows. Regalia should be returned to the Auxiliary Gym before 6:00 p.m.
A light lunch is being provided in The Faculty and Staff Club from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for faculty, staff and volunteers who are participating in both ceremonies.
Friday, June 7th
