Degrees in Absentia

If you are unable to attend convocation, you must complete the Request to Receive Degree In Absentia Form. The Form must be returned to the Student Records Office before May 7, 2013. A $42.00 ($40.00 + GST) fee is assessed only if you DO NOT advise us that you will not be present for the Convocation. Your parchment will not be released until payment is received.
