Welcome to TEAL Manitoba's Winter Conference!
We are celebrating our 35th winter conference anniversary by continuing our tradition of bringing a wide variety of presenters and resources to our participants. This year's theme - "Preparing for Tomorrow Today" - acknowledges the many facets of an EAL learner and the numerous roles the EAL community plays in supporting the learner. The whole province benefits from the shared skills, knowledge, and experiences that a prepared and committed EAL community provides.
With an increase in EAL learners each year, the need has never been greater for professional development - be it an exchange of ideas, a reminder of a past activity, or an introduction to a new technique.
We encourage people to present. Those who are interested can find the call for papers here. The deadline is December 14, 2007.
