Operations Assistant for summer 2013 that would be assisting the Property Manager responsible for six condominium properties. The Operations Assistant will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations including administration, organization, project management, property inspections, budgets; and resident and contractor relations.
Requirements include
strong organization skills, a proficiency in Word and Excel, a reliable vehicle
and the desire to learn and be involved with a lot of different projects from
parkade repairs to landscape improvements. Experience in property management or project management is a definite
