Major Gifts

The University of Winnipeg Foundation (UWF) Major Gift’s department is dedicated to securing and facilitating major gifts to The University of Winnipeg as well as assisting the building and maintaining of relationships with UWinnipeg prospects and donors, igniting their interest in UWinnipeg and keeping them both intellectually and emotionally connected to our Faculty, Programs, Projects and students. This is implemented with direction from UWinnipeg President, Dr. Todd Mondor, UWinnipeg Foundation President, Javier Schwersensky, and the UWF Board of Directors.
 
Making a financial contribution, either as a one-time gift or multi-year pledge, makes a lasting impact on our Faculties and programs. The UWF Major Gifts team specializes in connecting an interested donor to a department, faculty member, or need at the University that suits their philanthropic interests
 
Together we can develop a plan that is both meaningful to you and beneficial to the University - your gift is vital to ensuring we meet the academic needs of current and future generations. Donors of major gifts can be acknowledged for their support in many ways including a recognition plaque or naming opportunity. We look forward to working with you!
